Recipe (for two):
* Ā½ cup coconut water
* Splash of lime juice
* 1 sugar cube
* Stir to dissolve sugar cube
* 2oz. rum
* Shake with ice to chill
* Strain and pour into two glasses
* Top with shredded coconut
